What are you supposed to do with that? Is X2 supposed to be x^2 (x squared)?

I assume the equation means y + 3 = 6 x 2 = 12,
in which case y = 9
in which case y = 9

Not sure. example she gave was n-2=4+2

how about b+9=8+7 would it be b=6 since 8+7=15

b = 6
n - 2 = 6
