Excuse me but solutions aren't moral or immoral. I suspect you want the molarity although you may want the molality since you have included the density. Here is the way to find molarity = M

mols K2CO3 = grams/molar mass = ? and since this is in 1 L of solution, that is the M. If you want molality = m instead, repost and make this clear.
