Please help me draft a email :
"I have received an E-mail from RAM (Client) stating that few of your team members are being very rude on E-mail and on calls . They do not understand the issue and do not listen to the concerns. Sam is completely annoyed with the behavior the team members have showcased . I would want you to do a completely look into the issue and get back to me on the action points.

Your Manager is sent an email to you based on the email he is received from the client .Now he is looking for a solution with the root cause.
