So 2010 is your starting point, or you "0" so your first point is (0,5800). 2015 is 5 years after 2010, so your next point would be, (5,7420). Then find the slope. (y = y sub two - y sub one / x sub two - x sub one) After you find the slope you then use point slope form. (y-y sub one = slope(x-x sub one))
