I'm doing a paper about Usher Syndrome and am having a hard time thinking about a thesis statement. I already have my paper typed up but can't think what to write as my thesis statement. Any examples would help to get my mind going. The source online about thesis statement doesn't help

I think you've done it backwards.
First comes the thesis statement. Then comes the body of the paper proving the validity of the thesis.
This is evidence that you haven't proved anything in your paper or you would be able to write your thesis statement.
Btw -- it would have helped if you'd heeded Writeacher's advice and followed the suggestions in that website. We've tried to help you -- you've ignored us -- and you're still stuck.

It doesn't help. Plus I've put couple of the thesis statement but nobody told me if that is a good thesis statement. I said, "Can Usher Syndrome be cure"? Or "What are some treatments that can cure Usher Syndrome"?
