A petrol tanker is 2/5 full.When
35000 litres are added,the tanker
will be 3/4 full.What is the capacity
of the tanker in litres?

2 x/5 + 35000 = 3 x/4

35000 = 15x/20 - 8x/20 = 7 x/20

5000 = x/20

x = 100,000
