Can you try to research it really quick? I have tried and found nothing.

Researching would do me no good. The last math class I had was as a high school junior about 65 years ago.

Wait for a real math tutor to help you.

(x^3-x^2-24x-36)/(x-6)= ( x^2 +5x +6) = ( x +3)( x +2)
