How many equivalents are in 1.75L of a 8.2M solution of sulfuric acid.

Technically this can't be worked because the normality (and the equivalent weight) depends upon the reaction and the reaction has not been cited. However, usually this means H2SO4 will be 1/2 the molar mass for the equivalent weight.
equivalents = mass/equivalent weight
The equivalent weight = molar mass/2.
