HOW DO YOU MULTIPLY FRACTIONS?

Multiply the numerators (top numbers) and multiply the denominators (bottom numbers). Place the multiplication of the top numbers on the top of a new fraction and the bottom numbers on the bottom of the new fraction. Reduce the fraction if possible.
2/5 x 6/10 =
2*6 = 12 which goes on top.
