And Girl, could you explain how you got your answer for #1. Because I looked it over, and i got different answer.

I found that 1. D 10/16, 5/8 were two ratios that formed a proportion. Because 10*8 = 80 and 16*5 = 80. So, D would be a correct proportion. However, Girl's answer for #1. was C. 3/2, 15/14.
Lets see if shes right or not.
3*14 = 42 and 2*15 = 30. So this would not be a correct proportion.

So, here are the answers that i found, and how i found the answers:
1. D
explaining the process of this answer is shown above.^
2. A
6*15 = 90
9*10 = 90
So the correct ratios to make a proportion is A.
3. A. I believe it is 1.1 kg.
Because if 1 kg = 2.2 lb, then you can only fit 1.1 kg to equal 2.5 lb.
4. B
2*48 = 96
8 / 96 = 12
So the correct answer would be 12.
5. A
18*110 = 1,980
1,980 / 20 = 99
So the correct answer would be 99.
6. Workpad
Okay, so don't copy and paste this to your attachment, type this up in your own words okay?:
No, 8/12 and 10/25 are not proportional.
Explaining my reasoning:
8*25 = 200
12*10 = 120
In order for you to create a proportion, you need to make sure that they are the same when doing the cross-multiplying method, (aka, the butterfly method). Since these are not the same, then they are not proportional.
7. Workpad
I don't know about this one. Since you saw my explaining above, you should know what to do now.
These should all be correct, but i will confirm these in a few minutes.
