V^2 = Vo^2 + 2g*h = 0 + 19.6*2 = 39.2, V = 6.26 m/s.

PE = Mg*h = 0.98*1 = 0.98 J.

KE = 0.5M*V^2 = 0.05*39.2 = 1.96 J.
