9 is not a prime number. So, finding the prime factorization of the number 27, the answer would be 3•3•3 or 3x3x3 or 3 to the 3rd power

9 is not prime for it can be divided by 3, so his error was not divided the 9 by 3 like so 27/3=9 it should have been 27/3=9 9/3=3 3 raised to the third power
