Without arguing about Mrs. sue being good or not, the answer is:
Sand dunes are created when wind deposits sand on top of each other until a small mound starts to form.

Stop throwing shade at Mrs. Sue and be happy she helps at all!!!!!

It MuStOv BeEn ThE WiNd. Clapping my hands if you get that. Anyways, the wind blows the sand around causing the dunes shape to change, and rain and water also effects the shape.

Hey... Since no one seems to have actually posted anything helpful (besides Ms. Sue's links), I thought I would try and help. Bobpursley wasn't wrong at all, sand does blow. If we research this question some, here is what you will find:
- Wind places sand on top of each other
-Wind moves the sand around (the reason the sand dunes are moving)
-If the wind doesn't move the sand deposits, they pile up and collapse under their own weight.

I really hope that helps! Almost towards the end of the year and everyone is doing great. πŸ˜ŠπŸ’–
