v = Vi + a t
0 = 3 + a t
t = -3/a

d = Vi t + (1/2) a t^2
15 = 3 t + (1/2) a t^2

15 = 3(-3/a) + (1/2) a 9/a^2
15 = -9/a + 9/2a = -9/2a
30 a = -9
a = -9/30
