    I assume you mean 72%, not 0.72%.
0.72 * 560 = 403.

    Whoever wrote the sheet made a mistake.
0.0072 * 560 = 4
It doesn't make sense that only 4 students completed the walk.

    Um 0.72% as a decimal is 0.0072, and since 0.72% is even 1% it makes sense that it’s 4 people. How ever, chances are , I will not be believed . This question is from the Alberta 2009 math booklet from the unit review questions section. Good luck , like if 30 people ran the race and 0.8 percent finished it, then your answer=
