(1+Pi)^t=NCF/RCF
1+Pi= (NCF/RCF)^(1/t)
PI= (NCF/RCF)^(1/t) - 1
With a calculator, this is incredibly simple
1+Pi= (NCF/RCF)^(1/t)
PI= (NCF/RCF)^(1/t) - 1
