Find the value of the following expression:
(2^8 x 5^-5 x 19^0)^-2 x (5^-2/ 2^3)^4 x 2^28
Can someone show me the steps on how to solve this?

Step 1:
2^16 * 5^-10 * 19^0 * (5^-8/2^12) * 2^28
note: anything to the 0 power is 1 so 19^0 = 1
2^-16 * 5^10 * (5^-8/2^12) * 2^28
Step 2: combined liked terms
note: anything power in the denominator can be written as a non fraction by changing the power sign to negative
2^-16 * 2^28 * 2^-12 = 2^0 = 1
5^10 * 5^-8 = 5^2
So:
1 * 5^2 = 25
2^16 * 5^-10 * 19^0 * (5^-8/2^12) * 2^28
note: anything to the 0 power is 1 so 19^0 = 1
2^-16 * 5^10 * (5^-8/2^12) * 2^28
Step 2: combined liked terms
note: anything power in the denominator can be written as a non fraction by changing the power sign to negative
2^-16 * 2^28 * 2^-12 = 2^0 = 1
5^10 * 5^-8 = 5^2
So:
1 * 5^2 = 25
