How do you simplify 1/3 + 3/x 1/9- 9/x square

Not quite sure what you means by
"3/x 1/9"
If I use conventional online notation, I could write something similar as
1/3 + 3/x - 9/x^2
= (x^2+3x-9)/x^2
Those do not simplify easily, so I expect I have gotten something wrong. Maybe you could clean it up a bit and repost it.
Or, type in your expression at wolfram alpha.com and see how it interprets you input. Use parentheses as needed till you have correctly expressed it.
