1/2 * b * h = 10
b = h + 1
substituting ... h^2 + h - 20 = 0
(h + 5)(h - 4) = 0
h - 4 = 0
b = h + 1
substituting ... h^2 + h - 20 = 0
(h + 5)(h - 4) = 0
h - 4 = 0
