f(x)=1/x, g(x)=1/x^2-1, h(x)=1/x-1

and the difference between 6 times the function values of f and 3 times the function values of g is 7 times those of h.

how do i solve for x?

You need to tell us if
g(x)=1/(x^2-1), h(x)=1/(x-1)
OR
g(x)= (1/x^2) -1, h(x)=(1/x) -1

You also need to say it the "difference" is 6f(x) - 3g(x) or 3g(x) - 6f(x)
