sin x=-3/5 and sec x>0 ---> sin x=-3/5 and cos x>0
so your angle must be in quadrants IV

sinx = -3/5 , cscx = -5/3
cosx = 4/5, secx = 5/4
tanx = -3/4, cotx = -4/3
