north speed = Vn = 150 cos 35
east speed = Ve = 150 sin 35 + 26
speed = sqrt (Vn^2+Ve^2)
heading = tan-1(Ve/Vn)
east speed = Ve = 150 sin 35 + 26
speed = sqrt (Vn^2+Ve^2)
heading = tan-1(Ve/Vn)
