what are the formulas that illustrates direct blinear variation ?? please help me !! i can't find any formula !! .. humpf .. :(

I am wondering if it is formulas you need or understanding.
First: Bilinear variation, or linear variation. There is a BIG difference.
Second: formulas indicate some question you have. What is it exactly you are trying to do?
