I am a fraction in the simplest form.If I am divided by 3/4,I become 3.Who am I?

x ÷ (3/4) = 3
x(4/3) = 3
x = 9/4

check:
(9/4) ÷ (3/4)
= (9/4)(4/3) = 36/12 = 3
