    unit digit is x
tens digit is x-5
the actual number is 10(x-5) + x
the number reversed is 10x + (x-5)
10x + (x-5) - (10(x-5) + x) = 7
10x + x - 5 - (10x - 50 + x) = 7
11x - 5 - 11x + 50 = 7
45 = 7 , which is a contradiction

The question is bogus.
e.g.
possible cases
number, reverse
16 , 61
27 , 72
38 , 83
49 , 94
none of them have a difference of 7
