Dear Writeacher, thank you for your answers. Will you help me with a few more sentences?
1) Which is correct in the following sentence: "She has remained without her colleagues OR / AND friends in a closed space." (I think it's OR)
2) Is the sentence grammatically OK: "All these years I worked with great, intelligent people, a pleasure to communicate with"?
3) Is the sentence OK: "We are very far away from such values"?
Thank you for all your help.

1. I'd use "or"
2. I'd write, "All these years I have worked with great, intelligent people, who are a pleasure to communicate with."
3. I'd delete "very"

Dear Writeacher, thanks for your help, but I've got one question.
It's #2. If I no longer work with those people, is it still "I have worked" or "I worked"?
Thank you.

For sentence 2, then I'd write it this way:
During all those years, I worked with great, intelligent people, who were a pleasure to communicate with.
During all those years, I worked with great, intelligent people, who were a pleasure to communicate with.
