just substitute x-3 for each x:
h(x-3) = (x-3)^3 + 4(x-3)^2
If you want, expand that into the usual polynomial form.
h(x-3) = (x-3)^3 + 4(x-3)^2
If you want, expand that into the usual polynomial form.
