My question is the level of decline in a 66 year old patient is MOST likely affected by what?

A. gender
B. race
C. social factors
D. age

my gut feeling is A. gender, i know this is stupid but i just want to make sure that i have the correct answer and i cant find it in my books

Age is contributes more to decline than the others.

I'd say D. age -- the others contribute, too, but at 66, it's highly doubtful there'll be much ongoing improvement in much of anything! Mobility, mental acuity, etc.
