If a material contains three elements but "NOT" joined in a fixed proportion.

the answer c is wrong and B is joined in a fixed proportion so C and B is wrong. the answer is in A or D and am very confused.Please help

an atom is fixed proportion, 100%

HOWEVER a mixture is not necessarily a fixed proportion.
Could be sand, water and cannon balls mixed in any proportions
