A = (1/2) b h
h = b - 2
so
60 = (1/2) b(b-2)
120 = b^2 - 2 b
b^2 - 2 b - 120 = 0
(b-12)(b+10) = 0
b = 12
h = 10
h = b - 2
so
60 = (1/2) b(b-2)
120 = b^2 - 2 b
b^2 - 2 b - 120 = 0
(b-12)(b+10) = 0
b = 12
h = 10
