How many possible values exist for y if 4-3y<10,-y-8>-14,and y is an integer? Help?

4 - 3y < 10
3y > 14
y > 14/3 = 4 2/3

-y-8 > -14
y < 6

so, how many integers are there between 4 2/3 and 6?
