let the smaller number be x. Then the larger number will be x+6. Now according to the question;
2(x+6) +10=3x-2
2x+ 12+ 10=3x-2
3x-2x=12+10+2
x=24 and the larger number will be (24+6)=30.
2(x+6) +10=3x-2
2x+ 12+ 10=3x-2
3x-2x=12+10+2
x=24 and the larger number will be (24+6)=30.
