Perimeter of rectangle= 2/5 ( perimeter of square)
So, ACCORDING TO QUESTION,
2(L+L/3)= (2/5*40)-2.4
2(3L+L)/3= 16-2.4
2*4L/3=13.6
L=(13.6*3)/8*10
L=5.1m
B=5.1/3= 1.7m (answer)
