use your sum-to-product formulas:
cosB-cosA = 2 sin (A+B)/2 sin (A-B)/2
cosA+cosB = 2 cos (A+B)/2 cos (A-B)/2
now just divide
cosB-cosA = 2 sin (A+B)/2 sin (A-B)/2
cosA+cosB = 2 cos (A+B)/2 cos (A-B)/2
now just divide
