The midpoint of (a,b) and (c,d) is
( (a+c)/2 , (b+d)/2) )
let P2 be (c,d)
for the x value :
(c + (-2) )/2 = -1
c -2 = -2
c = 0
find the y value of P2 in the same way.
Check by finding the midpoint of P1 and P2 using the formula I gave, and make sure you get the point (-1,3)
