(3.54 x 10^7) divided by (3.00 x 10^8)
divide 3.54 by 3.00 = 1.18
10^7-8 = 10^-1
1.18 x 10^-1
divide 3.54 by 3.00 = 1.18
10^7-8 = 10^-1
1.18 x 10^-1
