No. A role model exhibits specific traits such as honesty, leadership, scholarship, etc.

Everyone is a rolemodel for something. The drunk staggering down the street is a rolemodel. I read articles, and sometimes they are so well written, that author becomes a rolemodel for me, at least in writing. I know a mom who is a pathological liar, and neurotic hypochondriac. For her teens, she is a role model...they are missing school when they feel "bad", and lying about it.
I am not so certain I would list rolemodel as a trait, unless you were more specific on the type of rolemodel.
But I have to assure you, others will come to the other conclusion on this.
