How many mols do you want? That's mols = M x L = ?
Then mols = grams/molar mass. You know molar mass and mols, solve for grams.
Weigh that many grams salicylic acid, place in a 100 mL volumetric flask, add enough solvent to dissolve it, swirl until dissolved, make to the mark with the solvent, mix thoroughly, stopper.
