What kind of energy do you experience when you eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich?

The peanut butter, jelly, and bread are consumed and the body breaks the food down by chemical means to produce energy for the system. I would answer chemical energy (which is stored as potential energy, then converted to kinetic energy as the body needs it).
