- find the mean
- take the difference between each of your data values and the mean
- square each of these differences
- add up these squares of differences
- divide by 10
- take the square root

I will not do the arithmetic of that for you

Watch out for difference between sample and total population standard deviations. Divide by 9 or divide by 10.
