#2 might be 0.2 because there are five vowels, right? those are five letters out of 26 letters in the alphabet. If you divide 5 by 26, you get 0.19 but if you round it up, you get 0.2. I might be wrong don't blame me if you use this answer and get it wrong, I am just sharing what I think it might be.
