V = 45rev/min * 6.28rad/rev * 1min/60s = 4.71 rad/s.
V = Vo + a*t = 4.71.
0 + a*4.5 = 4.71, a = 1.05 rad/s^2.
D = Vo*t + 0.5a*t^2.
D = 0 + 0.5*1.05*3^2 = 4.73 rad.
V = Vo + a*t = 0 + 1.05*3 = 3.15 rad/s.
