Sorry. . .I hadn't seen you in time. See here, toxins can build up in your body, right? So how can you release 'em? It can't be A or D. And Integumentary is the skin and hair and stuff. Hopefully that helps Billy who mysteriously seems to be larry.

You need to relax and think.
What gets rid of body wastes?
Would it be muscles?
Do you know what cardiovascular is?
How about excretory?
I bet these words are in your texbook or else search them on the web. Come back with your answer and someone will check it.

Simple, the only way to release toxins is to let go of waste that accumulate in the body. It's one of the marvelous ways to keep homeostasis. Also, you gotta chill. This is a good site, but we ain't falling head-over-heels for a question. Tutors like Reed, Writeteacher, and Ms. Sue take time of their day to help students. Heck, I'M procrastinating here helping other people for fun.

Actually, Oofkehnrnrnrbsh, I looked up what the excretory and integumentary systems are, and it's actually the excretory system that gets rid of stuff. Maybe your answer was in a different number, but for us, its B.

The epiglottis is a small flap of tissue that sits at the base of the tongue, which prevents food and drink from entering the windpipe (trachea) and lungs when we swallow. If the epiglottis stopped working properly, it could result in a condition known as aspiration. In this condition, food, liquid, or vomit could enter the trachea and lungs, leading to a serious medical condition such as pneumonia, lung abscesses or respiratory failure. Breathing may also become difficult and painful. Aspiration can be a life-threatening condition, particularly if it is severe or if it goes untreated over a long period of time, so quick action is important if you think that this is affecting you.
