y = (2/8)x + 3/8
y = (1/4)x + 3/8

The slope of the given line is 1/4

a) find the slope of AB and show it is equal to -4

b) midpoint of AB = ( (3+2)/2 , (-1+3)/2 )
or ( 5/2 , 1)
