well my thought on the first two were

1: They need to be VERY charismatic .
Have a lot of influence with the people they're leading.
And be able to make decisions in seconds.

2: What motivates individuals to follow is sometimes peer pressure, leaders who are leading in the wrong direction.

but the other two I'm not really sure on.

1. Leaders should also show wisdom and fairness.

2. Peer pressure is certainly one. Crowd mentality also plays a large role.

3. Listen to others, including parents, teachers, clergy, and honorable friends.

Some traits that leaders need to have are bravery, leadership, communication, confidence and a positive attitude. If you do not have these traits you will not succeed in becoming a good leader. Certain events that the people think are right motivate them to follow a crowd. Like if the crowd is protesting Hillary Clinton and the person does not like Hillary Clinton then it would motivate the person to follow the crowd. You can understand peoples behavior by listening to what they have to say or talking to them. It is good to follow a crowd when they are doing the right thing. It is bad to be a follower when the crowd you are following is destroying property, blocking the rode and side walks, also hurting other people by throwing rocks at them. (AKA trump protesters)
