Certainly your text has the clear answer to the first question. What is it?

Yes. That's a definition for earthquake.

Earthquakes occur most often in California because of the dry heat.

You are kidding right? Not to be blunt or anything but these questions are simple to look up, and do not require much time. It is obvious you are one of those Connexus Academy students that ask people on Jiskha for answers. Please ask for help if you do not understand something. Not make up a lie and try to get answers. Try to do your work. Don't make people do it for you.

Yeah, if you need help you should go to your teachers if you are a Connexus student, or you can just Webmail me if that helps since half these people are jerks about our school.

I know this is a ''homework helper'' site...but i agree with "Really'' on that topic. I'm from Connections Academy,I do the work first and then check my answers. I asked one question on my quick checks and I see a lot of people from my grade GIVING people the answers. Another time when i was doing my S.S test I was stuck on a question on person basically typed the whole test on Jishka one person typed the whooooooooooole answers. Again I know I know this is a homework helper site but is it really a homework helper when someone is giving out the answers to another boy or girl. Honestly...are you people even learning anything if other people give out the answers to the whole earth?

You guys, I understand where you're coming from, and people do definitely need to stop coming here for only the answers, but not everyone here gives away ALL the answers. A lot of people simply give good resources in order to help! @Really, why did you say that here? Nobody gave away the answer. The teacher and @Writeacher gave helpful resources that helped me get through the portfolio, which I was stressing about because I've had a very long day today and I have an essay which I only have one day to write, and I haven't even started it yet. Also, don't come on this homework help website if all you are going to do is start arguments and tell us to get off of here. This website has proved really helpful to me and I'm grateful for it.
