You need the moment of inertia for a solid sphere, look it up.
rotationalKE=1/2 I w^2
translation KE=1/2 m v^2
rotationalKE=1/2 I w^2
translation KE=1/2 m v^2

thank you very much, I got the translational, but cant get the rotational. What do I use for v?, do I convert the rad/s?
