Plug and chug:

numerator:
f(2) = 4+3 = 7
g(7) = 3(7)- 2 = 19
f(19) = 38+3 = 41

denominator:
g(2) = 6-2 = 4
f(4) = 8+3 = 11
f(11) = 22+3 = 25

so:
41/25
