If 210 mL of isopropyl alcohol is diluted with water to a total volume of 300 mL, what is the percent by volume of isopropyl alcohol in the solution?

Would it be 70%??

you are diluting it 210/300 times, so new percent is 100 x dilution factor, or 70 percent.
