A transformer with 1890 turns in its primary coil has to decrease the voltage from 4620 V to 220 V for home use. How many turns should there be on the secondary coil?

N=secondaryvoltage/primaryvolts
N=4620/220=41

secondaryturns=N*primaryturns
= 41*1890
